About Rachel
For over a decade, I’ve supported women and youth on their wellbeing journeys in many different roles — as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Wellness Coach, Yin Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Peace Corps health educator.
Today, I help women and teens step out of the exhausting cycle of never feeling “good enough” in their bodies — without needing to lose weight or fix themselves.
My work focuses on building self-compassion, developing a healthier relationship with the body, and learning to relate to thoughts and emotions with greater awareness and kindness.
Together, we create space to step out of constant self-criticism and into a more grounded, trusting relationship with yourself.
Approach
My coaching approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and building greater self-awareness.
Many of the women and teens I work with feel stuck in patterns of self-criticism, body dissatisfaction, or the feeling that they’re somehow not enough. Rather than trying to “fix” anything about you, our work focuses on gently bringing awareness to what’s already there — your thoughts, emotions, and the signals your body may be sending.
Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, creating space for new ways of relating to yourself.
Our sessions may include reflective conversation, mindfulness and body-awareness practices, and practical tools that help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin trusting your own inner wisdom again.
My role in this space is not to tell you who to be or what to change, but to walk alongside you as a supportive guide as you develop a more compassionate and peaceful relationship with your mind, your body, your soul, and yourself.
And I'm honored to be here with you, lovely, supporting you on your journey :)
