CEO

Josiah Fielder has spent the last five years building and scaling healthcare programs across New Mexico. As the VP of strategy, he operated, and grew MECA Therapies’ autism program into the largest in the state, leading to its acquisition by Frontera Health, where he went on to support clinic growth statewide. He later led strategy and operations for MECA’s maternal health program serving rural communities.

Medical Director

Jana Williams, MD, has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of pediatrics, nutrition, and behavior. Her path began with a BS in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina, followed by pediatric training at Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine. Throughout her clinical career, she saw consistent patterns: many symptoms in children — from low energy and focus issues to headaches, abdominal pain, and inflammation — often improved through nutrition and lifestyle changes before medication was needed.
