Kelsey Robertshaw

As a Pilates instructor, writing-to-heal coach, and holistic health coach with 7 years of coaching experience, I've supported a wide range of people through change and growth. Yet, as a mother myself, I especially love working with women through the prenatal and postpartum seasons, while welcoming anyone who's looking for support on their wellness journey. I believe wellness begins with connection to your body, your needs, and yourself. So, my goal is always to help you find a rhythm and lifestyle that feels sustainable and motivating for you!
